Vineet is the Director of VS Advisory, with 15+ years experience as a management consultant and project manager working in a range of industries across top tier and smaller enterprises, adding value with his ability to facilitate strategy development, clarify objectives, frame deliverables, work within the firm’s cultural context and ‘coach’ project managers to deliver. Drawing from his diverse industry background in Education, Resources, Logistics, Financial Services and Health, Vineet brings innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

Vineet operationalises strategic plans and helps organisations build transformation culture so that the outcomes and benefits can be readily achieved. An understanding of structural methodologies allows him to be adaptive and agile. Vineet’s clients have achieved notable results such as a tier2 mining services firm expanding into a c.$100M new service line and recently he delivered a multi-million-dollar ministerial priority program to transform the skill development opportunities in regional NSW.
Vineet started his consulting career with KPMG and later joined a leading Perth based boutique, Churchill Consulting, working with blue chip clients. Prior to consulting, Vineet worked with Royal Bank of Scotland in India, Ireland and UK. He was part of the initial team transitioning and consolidating the global IT back office to an offshore centre in India. Vineet is a a graduate of Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne and completed an exchange semester at Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina, USA.
Vineet maintains a close connection with the society. Moral values in the community are essential to Vineet, and he believes that education is an active lever in transforming the world. Vineet holds casual teaching positions with TAFE NSW and QUT and have volunteered with Primary Ethics, a not for profit organisation delivering ethics education to over 450 public schools in NSW. He is also a member of Australia India Business Council. Vineet is married to a lovely wife with two furry babies. They cook, travel, take risks and keep life interesting for each other.
